Maintenance Technician

Job ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mining machinery.Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with heavy machinery and industrial systems.Executing repairs and adjustments to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment.Supporting the process of relocating and assembling mining plants.Collaborating with the engineering team to implement improvements and updates.Maintaining detailed records of work performed and parts used.Complying with company safety standards and regulations.Participating in training and professional development programs.Requirements Technical degree or diploma in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintaining heavy machinery and industrial equipment.Solid knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.Experience using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work rotating shifts and availability to respond to emergencies.Skills Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.Effective communication skills, both oral and written.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.Organizational and time management skills.Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to changing environments.Benefits of Joining Our Team Competitive salary and additional benefits.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Continuous training programs and certifications.Health and wellness benefits.Participation in innovative and challenging projects.Company culture focused on safety and employee well-being.Join IMS Australia and be part of a team committed to excellence and innovation in the mining industry
