Specialising in mobile fleet support, Valenhold offers end to end solutions including a high-quality range of OEM compatible components, a Service Exchange fleet as well as a full repair and return capability.
Known for our commitment to quality, we're seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to help us deliver on our mission.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working on Komatsu Truck Fleet (830E & 930E).
This is a full-time, permanent role (38hrs over 4 days) based at our Tingalpa head office/workshop.
About the Role
As a Mechanical Fitter, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring our heavy mining equipment (HME) is maintained to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assembly, refurbishment, and maintenance of HME Performing routine inspections to uphold Valenhold's rigorous quality standards Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical components and assemblies Working with other teams to ensure safety and smooth operations Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting ways to enhance equipment performance Keeping accurate records of the work completed and quality checks done What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced fitter who takes pride in precision and quality.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Qualifications : Trade-qualified fitter with a background in mechanical maintenance or equivalent Experience : Demonstrated experience with HME is essential – 830E & 930E Final Drive rebuild experience highly desirable Skills : Proficient in mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards Why Valenhold?
