Randstad is on the lookout for hard-working Mechanical Fitters for project works across various Sydney Water sites based around the Kemp's Creek and Castle Hill areas.
What You'll Do:Install and maintain plant equipmentConduct various mechanical works on manufactured parts and sub-assembliesMaintain and install structural/mechanical pipingFit and install pipeworkPerform fault finding and preventive maintenanceAssemble spooling, mechanical instruments, and valves to regulation standardsConduct safety and quality assurance checks to ensure all equipment and completed works meet industry standardsRead and understand site drawings and documentsKeep quality high and follow WHS rulesWhat You Need:Relevant Mechanical trade certificationFork Lift, Dogging, Confined Space, Working at Heights all highly regardedStrong work ethic and a commitment to getting the job done rightGood communication skillsSelf-starter who can handle multiple tasksMust pass a medical and provide a National Police ClearanceFull Australian working rightsCurrent Manual Driver's LicenseWhat's On Offer:Pay rate: $57.42 p/hr + OT allowancesOngoing project work for the right candidatesMeal and Travel allowancesOpportunity to join and further your career in Sydney Water assetsIf you're ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a solid team on important projects, we want to hear from you
