Join us and share your ideas, be inspired, give back to the community and feel proud to be a part of an organisation doing meaningful work that matters while supporting sustainability, mental health, and well-being.Let's care for tomorrow, so we can create a better future together, for everyone.About the roleProvide pricing recommendations and insights to internal stakeholders, reflecting competitive and commercial considerations to achieve strategic objectives.Develop and implement best practice pricing models, including claims, quote conversion, customer retention and pricing scenarios.Take ownership of and continual refinement of the rating and pricing models, by utilising advanced analytics techniques, extensive data and relevant industry leading tools/technologies.Monitor the performance of implemented initiatives to support continuous refinement of pricing models and pricing strategy.Identify opportunities to drive innovation and make improvements in processes, products and services.Implement the pricing governance framework by performing and continually improving controls and governance around pricing processes.About youTertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.Significant experience in a pricing / actuarial management and leadership role, acquired in a financial services (preferably general insurance) and/or consulting environments.Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools (Willis Towers Watson pricing software (Emblem, Radar) and SAS, R or Python).Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions and report accordingly.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.Benefits and perksInclusive Culture: Join a supportive, open-minded team focused on customer outcomes, bringing your authentic self to work every dayFlexible Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexible and remote work options and workplace adjustments, with support for your work/life balance.Career Development: Access mentoring, development and global mobility opportunities for growth and success, including access to over 10,000 learning resources.Financial and Well-being Perks: Enjoy discounts on Allianz products, retail, tech, and travel, plus financial wellness initiatives and the Employee Share Purchase Program - own a piece of your employerAbout our culture We care about everything that makes you, you.
