Job Description Our Outside School Hours Care service, Bellevue Hill Primary OSHCare, is looking for a passionate Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering 38 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
You will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 9:15am (Rise then Shine Program) and 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program) with additional administration time.
About the role Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.
You'll have the support of a state-specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are intoFoster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.Who are we looking for? Enjoy working with kids.Strong and clear communication.Team player with a desire to become a service leader.Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it)
and a state check for working with children.Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA.What's in it for you?
