A Day in the Life Reporting into the Marketing Manager for the Neurovascular business, the Associate Product Specialist will have an opportunity to work within a team of talented sales and marketing professionals and promote highly innovative and market leading technology, services and solutions to treat patients afflicted with Acute Ischemic and Hemorrhagic Stroke.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Assist the team with inventory management including expired stock management Work with the regulatory team to ensure collaboration between marketing and regulatory teams Assist in the tender submission process and work cross functionally Assist in building plans for local conferences and events Support the Marketing Manager and APAC director with various reporting responsibilities Ensure launch excellence by assisting with owning the localization of marcomms through the internal review process as well as reporting of sales figures and dashboards related to product launches and marketing campaigns Own the content management tool used by sales reps and ensure all content is up to date and Veeva approved Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's degree – open to any field; open to fresh graduates Experience in marketing and/or digital marketing is a plus Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software Enjoys interacting and participating in a team environment, but is effective at self-direction Manages time effectively: Well organized, able to set and reset priorities Adobe Creative Suite experience (preferred) Physical Job Requirements
