Level 3 Endpoint Engineer – MECM, InTune and Applications PackagingNetworks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology)

This role will be in the Unisys Endpoint services team on a large government client, helping support the department in their Windows 10 to Windows 11 journey.
This resource will assist with updating the SOE/MOE and its components to an Essential 8 Maturity Level 2 standard, modernizing the application fleet to MSIX, ensuring existing BAU processes around patching, security control and policy management is ready for future state cloud migrations.
Key Responsibilities:Microsoft SCCM/MECM and/or IntuneMOE / SOE, Task Sequence and Advanced Group Policy ManagementApplications Packaging (preferably MSI-X), including PowerShell and VBScriptSQL Server and Database administration skillsetsM365 Suite apps, including MS Teams, Exchange and PowerBICitrix Server and VDI environmentsUnderstanding of Microsoft O365 and Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS or similar)Microsoft Defender and End Point ManagementIndustry Certifications highly desirable (specifically Microsoft and Cloud certification)ITIL V3 Certification Highly desiredIt is essential that all candidates are Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain & hold a minimum Baseline security clearance (NV1 preferred).
Existing security clearances would be an advantage.
Qualifications:Minimum of Baseline Security Clearance (NV1 preferred)Experience in 3rd Level Desktop/Endpoint support to an Enterprise EnvironmentSOE Creation, Maintenance, and Deployment, including Windows and Security UpdatesExperience in the M365 stack – InTune, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange OnlineExperience in a Windows 10 and Windows 11 environment; experience with migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 will be very valuableExperience and knowledge of SCCM and MECM infrastructureApplications Packaging and Deployment, both native and virtualPowerShell automation and scriptingManage Security Products including application whitelisting, anti-virus, and USB hardeningExperience working with BAU and Project teams, and documenting solutionsMicrosoft and ITIL certifications not required, but beneficialMust be an Australian Citizen and minimum Baseline Security clearance requiredHow to Apply:Your application will include the following questions:
