The venue is designed with large screens and TVs strategically placed throughout the space, ensuring patrons can catch every thrilling moment of their favourite sports events while sitting comfortably with their private booths and TV.
Roles and Requirements Ensure all meals are cooked according to the venue's recipe & plating guides and served on time and of the highest quality.Allocate staff to sections and secondary duties throughout their shifts and manage general kitchen operations in conjunction with the head chef.Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen, adhering to all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines, ensuring staff follow kitchen cleaning systems.Possess experience and demonstrate competency, actively participating in all technical aspects.Be a team player who puts the team first in all areas of work, ensuring your team is set up for success with monthly goals.Provide correct training and development.Participate in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all menu items with attention to detail and adherence to standards, working across all kitchen stations, including prep, fry, grill, line, salad, and dessert stations.Clean and organize the kitchen and stock holding areas.Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards.Why join The Sporting Globe?
