The business is in an exciting growth stage and is currently seeking an SMSF Manager to join their growing team
This will be a client facing role which will also be responsible for leading, mentoring and developing junior staff within the Business Services and Superannuation Division.
CULTURE + BENEFITS $120k - $140k + super (flexible for the right person)St Kilda Road location, easily accessibleA close-knit culture based on inspiration & innovation, who work hard but love to have funModern office with a pool table, bar and a great view as well as regular social events in the building1 day a week working from homeStaff functions and a culture of celebrating winsClear career progression with the opportunity to have equity in the businessRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Leading, mentoring and developing junior staff within the Business Services and Superannuation DivisionManaging & supervising the preparation of all SMSF files for clientsPartnering with internal & external stakeholders in relation to SMSF mattersA client facing role which involves giving strategic financial advice with a consultative approach.Undertaking an active role in business development & managing client relationshipsKeep up to date with relevant SMSF legislation.Other ad hoc duties as requiredSKILLS + EXPERIENCE BA in Commerce or equivalentCA/CPA qualified or equivalentAFS License would be highly regardedMust have previous experience in a Big 4 or top tier accounting firm in a senior SMSF role.Must have proven experience in managing & mentoring junior staff.Excellent communication skills with an ability to build & maintain strong client relationshipsLooking for a positive, can-do attitude, an innovative mindset and a sociable personality.HOW TO APPLY Apply now by clicking APPLY Below or contact Sarah directly on 0415 349 590 for a confidential chat regarding this role or your recruitment needs.
