E-Commerce & Digital Specialist - Full Time or Part Time (4 days)We are looking for our next go-to person for all things Shopify and Meta Ads.
If AOV, CRO, and CPA are your kind of acronyms, then this could be your next dream job.
We need someone who can populate metafields with their eyes closed and knows how to take a product from 'upload' to 'add to cart' to 'checkout'.
Someone who gets a kick out of seeing ads converting to sales and is constantly asking the question: what or how can we do better?
We're based in Port Melbourne (which means excellent lunch spots are just a hop away), and for the right person, we are open to the position either being Full Time or a 4-day-a-week role.

Now, about the role…We're on the lookout for someone who's eager to play a pivotal role in taking Goldie + Ace to international heights
Reporting to our fabulous Brand + Marketing manager, here's what you'll be up to:
You'll be the Shopify queen (or king), managing daily and campaign-related updates across multiple selling regions (Australia and International) and troubleshooting any technical issues.Take charge of product uploads and launches, ensuring everything is enriched with all the necessary info.
You'll categorize and showcase our products to make them fly off the virtual shelvesMaking sure our customers have an awesome user experience through optimized copy, imagery, and layout.Working with experts to ensure our site is optimized for best practice in SEO.Digital Ads strategy and implementation.
Using existing methodology to execute Meta Ads and begin exploration into other paid media.Dive into the data to report on key insights and actionable outcomes that will help improve performance.We're looking for someone who has:Experience in a similar e-commerce and/or digital retail role.Knows Shopify like the back of their hand.Understands Meta and the paid media landscape.Always has the customer front of mind with a strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, a cool head under pressure, and a knack for meeting deadlines.A collaborative approach with an openness for constant learning and development.Confidence in working autonomously in a fast-paced, agile environment.What's in it for you?A fun, friendly office close to the city and public transport.Generous staff discounts (because who doesn't love a cute outfit?
