Your role will involve performing electrical repairs and installations with precision, ensuring safety standards are met, and delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.Technicians can expect:High performers can earn over $100k per yearUncapped earning potential with a commission structure.Fuel card, Company Vehicle, and iPad provided.FREE Health Savings Account – Medical plan for employees, plus additional affordable medical options.Life Insurance coverage.Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays.401(k) with employer match.Management In-Training programs and countless growth opportunities.Career Path Opportunities and room for professional advancement.Employee discounts with Mister Sparky, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.Access to an extensive array of benefits and career paths across multiple skilled trades within the Service Minds group.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional electrical services, prioritizing customer satisfaction in every interaction.Perform electrical repairs, installations, and troubleshooting with skill and attention to detail.Communicate effectively with customers, management, and dispatch to ensure smooth operations.Provide accurate estimates and complete jobs on time.Maintain a clean, organized workspace and report any faulty equipment or safety concerns.Follow national and local electrical codes, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.Uphold safety protocols and company standards at all times.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Electrician, with residential experience preferred.Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety procedures.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.Familiarity with safety protocols and commitment to adhering to all safety regulations.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional on-call, nights, holidays, and weekends.Skills:Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.Ability to explain complex electrical issues in a customer-friendly manner.Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated with industry trends.Proficient in repairing and installing electrical systems and equipment.Unlock your earning potential with a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000+ annually.
