The Opportunity An Account Director at Greenhouse is responsible for managing client projects from brief to completion, with financial accountability for those projects under their remit.
They will mentor more junior employees, and assist in driving opportunity and revenue across the client portfolio.
With responsibility for solving clients' business problems, they will work closely with Strategy, Creative and Production teams.
A snapshot of what you'll do Act as the go-to person, responsive to client requests, expectations and business requirementsBuilds and nurture beneficial working relationships with the wider agency team through actively listening and seeking guidanceSeek to understand the Woolworths business and seeks ways to add value and drive the client business in terms of creative product, market share and brand recognitionStrategically drive the client category anticipating potential competitive threats or opportunities and making recommendationsLead fully integrated projects internally, oversee workflow and leveraging all disciplines, particularly digital communicationsPlus much moreSkills & Attributes Proven experience in a creative advertising agency as an Account Director, or a SeniorAccount Manager ready to step upAbility to work in a multidisciplinary team environment with demonstrated leadership skillsPassionate about great ideas, underpinned by commitment to deliveryExcellent written and verbal communication skills – a confident, credible presenterAction-orientated: Sees things that need doing – and takes actionProven experience managing digital campaigns and digital communications projectsIn depth knowledge of Advertising (TV, radio, print production, sponsorships) with a real love fordigital and socialM&C Saatchi Group Ambition As part of the M&C Saatchi Group we come together to realise BIG AMBITIONS.
