"You're in for a good time" as you can sample the local and Italian collection of wines, cocktails and spirits at TUTTO Bar. Or, for a more intimate affair, the hotel's stunning private dining cellar is perfect for celebrations and corporate events for up to 20 guests. Incorporated within the fully refurbished 5 star Peppers Waymouth Hotel, which features a heated indoor lap pool, spa, sauna and fitness centre. For meetings, events and private functions, the onsite conferencing facility caters for up to 150 guests cocktail style and can be divided up into two smaller rooms. Purpose As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will take full ownership of overseeing the entire food and beverage department, including the restaurant, bar, banqueting, and events. This role provides a unique opportunity to showcase your leadership, culinary expertise, and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
