Job Opportunity: Fire Tester Technician
Generous base salary + super + car + tools of the trade. Full-time permanent role with an immediate start available. Based in the Northern Beaches, servicing Greater Sydney.

We are looking for a switched-on and diligent Fire Tester Technician who is looking for that elusive "Work / Life" Balance within a small and supportive business. Bring your fire testing and electrical expertise to a wide range of clients, from industrial sites and schools to nursing homes and apartment buildings.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Systematic and thorough testing of fire systems and equipment to ensure they operate as required in case of emergency.
Routine and periodic inspection and testing of all equipment, including sprinklers, hydrants, fire panels, fire pumps, extinguishers, hose reels, emergency lights, etc.
Minor remedial works as required.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Proven experience and knowledge of fire protection systems and equipment testing.
Superb people skills with the ability to understand and manage our clients' individual needs.
You are a qualified or near qualified electrician.
You have a solid working knowledge of AS1851.
You're enthusiastic, reliable, and have a high attention to detail.
You have a current driver's license.
Though not essential, FPAS accreditation would be a big bonus.
