About Cruise Whitsundays Cruise Whitsundays, based in Airlie Beach, is the largest marine-based tour and transport provider in the Whitsundays.

About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate customer service superstar to join our team as Reservations Consultants on a permanent full-time basis at the Port of Airlie.
Reporting to the Customer Service & Sales Manager, the Reservations Consultant is an integral part of the team, responsible for delivering warm and friendly reception, excellent customer service, and sales booking to all our tour guests.
The focus is to enable every guest to create an experience of a lifetime and long-lasting memories.
Key Responsibilities Focus on driving Cruise Whitsundays direct booking and sales;Maintain up-to-date information on all products, timetables, and promotions;Accurate processing of booking payments and management of emails, phone calls, web chats, and direct bookings with the reservations system;Service of the Retail Store and upselling of merchandise;Preparation of paperwork including catering numbers, manifests, and EOD cash ups.About You You have a passion for the Tourism Industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of customer service.
You are self-motivated, competent, and adaptable with an eye for detail.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional administration and sales skills.
