Your Responsibilities Maintain a professional, organised reception area that leaves a positive impression.
Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and efficient approach.
Oversee office maintenance and liaise with building services for any facility issues.
Manage invoices, expenses, and office budgets with accuracy.
Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments for seamless execution.
Organise and manage all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

About You Previous experience in Reception, Office Administration, or Office Coordination.
