This will be a highly sought after Construction Manager opportunity as it's a chance to work with a leading mid-tier construction company.
Intro Recruitment has been engaged to recruit a Construction Manager for one of the industry's most well-known construction companies.
They deliver projects across various sectors including Government, Commercial, Health, and Education and deliver projects up to $50m in value; however, their project sweet spot is around $30m.
This role is extremely exciting and will have you reporting to the Directors and General Manager, with oversight across all projects.
This business has an annual turnover of over $200m, and your own experience will reflect the level of aptitude and ability required.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified and have come through the ranks in the construction industry, having a grounding as a Contracts Administrator or Project Manager in order to provide project delivery expertise to the team and add the value that a Construction Manager should to the business.
This role will suit a person currently in the Construction Manager position or a Senior Contracts Administrator / Project Manager with the ability to step up into the role.
As a Construction Manager you will have:Tertiary qualifications (e.g., Construction Management)10+ years of Contracts Administration experience with a reputable companyProject experience over $30m or experience managing/overseeing multiple projects at a minimumJobpac experience will be looked upon favourably but is not essentialThe ability to present to board levelThe ability to lead and mentorIn return, you will receive a healthy salary and have the opportunity to work with a great team in a beautiful and modern office environment.
