This role will see you accountable for the efficient, cost-effective operation, maintenance, capex projects, upgrades, and development of this asset allocation
Our Senior Facilities Manager will be a key member of a high-performing premium facilities team, with exciting projects and challenges on this unique strategic account opportunity.

The opportunity:
Accountable for managing the delivery of all Facilities Management services; customers liaison and service contractor management across your portfolio.
Responsible for delivering superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client.
Manage and maintain building operations to deliver high quality, efficient and cost-effective management of the building.
Manage operating expenditure, resources, projects, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting Ensure risk management, WHS, site safety, audit and inspections are completed and compliant.
Lead and implement environmental and sustainability initiatives.
Lead and manage facilities personnel, onsite cleaning, security personnel.
Proactive approach and involvement in services review and development of best practices and implementation.
About you;
Experience within facilities management field with strong focus on sophisticated commercial and industrial assets and demonstrated experience as Senior facilities Manager A strong customer focus with a commitment to client satisfaction An ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously Strong financial acumen partnered with a trade or engineering background Contractor management in commercial and industrial building environments.
Previous leadership role would be an advantage.
