We are looking for a skilled producer who will be responsible for producing high-quality gaming content for Lachlan and/or PWR YouTube channels, overseeing all aspects of video production, and managing a team of editors.
Your role will be essential in creating high quality visual experiences so it is crucial that you have a great eye for detail, passion for storytelling and a strong sense of good aesthetics to engage our community.
Scroll to Explore Your Mission is toLead the production of high-quality gaming content for our YouTube channels (both long and short form)Oversee all aspects of video production, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-productionManage a team of editors, including scheduling, mentoring, and providing feedback on their workCollaborate with Lachlan to ensure that all content aligns with the channel's overall creative visionStay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production and gaming to ensure that the channel's content is cutting-edge and engagingExpand the team in accordance with our creative strategyAbout YouA heavy consumer of YouTube contentA person with a tremendous creative network that can find potential talent/creatives to build our visionAn incredible problem solverSomeone who can create and execute creative visionSomeone who understands how to market an idea, and can package content accordinglyA results-driven team player with excellent organisational skillsSomeone who can take constructive criticism and improve upon an ideaSomeone who takes pride in being ahead of the curveRequirementsProven experience as a video producer, with a strong portfolio of work in the gaming or entertainment industryPassion for gaming and an understanding of the gaming industry, especially FortniteAble to convey the narrative in a way suitable for gaming audiencesExperienced with project management tools (eg Monday, Discord Etc)Strong awareness of content performance metrics that count and how to create content with them in mindStrong understanding of video production and post-production processes, including lighting, sound, and editingExperience leading and managing a team of editorsExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
