We are a small community-focused service, located in Ashmore, next to Guardian Angels Catholic Primary School.
We are looking for a flexible, motivated person to join our team, who values providing high-quality care and education to all children and fosters developing the uniqueness and potential of each child.

Hours: Permanent Part-Time - 20+ hours per week.
Remuneration: 10.25% Above award wages, recognising your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities: Work with the children to create fun recreational and educational experiences that support their well-being.Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment.Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.Participate in professional and personal development.Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare's expectations and educational philosophy.Job Requirements: Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards) OR holds an equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA.Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).Knowledge and understanding of the child care industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 months - Kindergarten aged in a play-based learning environment.Experience working with children with additional needs would be a bonus.Effective workplace communication skills.Our Benefits: Earn Above award Wages and be rewarded for your expertise and accomplishments, turning your qualifications and experience into exciting financial rewardsStaff Discount - Benefit from our 95% staff discount across our 130+ services.Work from one primary service with the opportunity to work additional shifts across CEEC's 130+ services, if desired.Enjoy access to our Employee Assistance Program, providing a confidential and caring support system that prioritises your mental and emotional well-being.Continuous Growth Opportunities - Unlock your potential with access to professional development, empowering you to pursue further studies and continuous learning.
