This role involves coordinating medical care, facilitating return-to-work programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Case Manager will collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.What's in it for you:Flexibility with a hybrid working model.Permanent full-time opportunity.A professional environment that supports your career path within our global organisation.Join a collaborative, inclusive and growth focused environment.Key responsibilities:This role will see you strategically manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims across NSW.Develop and implement return-to-work plans in collaboration with the injured worker, medical providers and other stakeholders.Guide, educate and support injured workers on their rights, benefits, and responsibilities under workers' compensation laws.Analyse claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Prepare reports for management on claim status, outcomes, and recommendations for enhancements.This position may require occasional travel to various company locations or medical facilities.What we are looking for:3+ years in a similar case management role, preferably in the workers compensation or insurance industry.Strong understanding of workers compensation legislation and regulations.Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.Proficient in using case management systems and MS Office suite.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (i.e.
