As a Customer Service Specialist with BankSA, you will ultimately help our customers make the most of their money and achieve their financial goals You will do this through:
Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service by understanding individual customer needs and offering personalised financial solutionsSales Focus: Drive sales by referring customers to our home loan and business banking specialists and identify new leads across wealth, insurance, home loans, and small business lending.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers both in-branch and over the phone to support their current needs and uncover their future financial goals What will I need to succeed? Customer-Facing Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in a sales role where engaging with customers is key to your successCustomer-Centric: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to meeting customer needs and delivering exceptional serviceProven Performance: you meet and exceed performance targets with an uncompromising commitment to delivering an exceptional customer serviceNumerical and Technical Skills: you are comfortable working with numbers and adept at navigating multiple systemsSelf-Motivation: you have a strong drive to achieve targets and anticipate opportunities
