Job Description

Chef De Partie Ready for a sizzling career move?
You'll play a pivotal role in our kitchen, working alongside a fantastic team.
The food you prepare, cook and serve makes our guests smile and want more.
What you'll be doing: Manage the preparation and production of all hot and cold food items for the à la carte menu, ensuring compliance with prescribed recipes and specificationsSupervise kitchen shift operations, maintaining food preparation, handling, and storage standards in line with HACCP regulationsLead and motivate shift teams, encouraging mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team membersEnsure cross-training of staff to support successful daily operationsMaintain cost and quality standards while working effectively under pressure Qualifications

Your experience and skills include: A minimum of three years of previous experienceStrong communication and organisation skillsFormal culinary training or apprenticeship certificationKnowledge of menu creationAble to maintain cost and quality standardsAble to work effectively under pressureStrong work ethic and positive 'can do' attitudeExcellent interpersonal, communication and reporting skills Additional Information
