As Team Leader, Accessibility and Inclusion, you'll play a key role in championing inclusive education for students with diverse learning needs, ensuring the delivery of best-practice services.
You'll help create a teaching and learning environment that embodies the principles of universal design, fostering inclusion at every step.
As part of the SESaW management team, you'll collaborate with peers and step into varied responsibilities, ensuring a flexible and supportive work culture.You willCollaborate, innovate, and drive an inclusive culture, delivering a seamless and positive experience for all UniSC students;Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to lead the way in inclusive education and promote diverse learning and teaching practices;Lead the AccessAbility Team in delivering an integrated service model that enhances student engagement, success, and wellbeing across the university.About youOur ideal candidate is a passionate leader with a deep commitment to fostering inclusivity and enhancing the student experience at UniSC.
You thrive on driving service development and continuously improving services to ensure every student, especially those with diverse learning needs, feels supported and engaged.
You're a collaborative partner, eager to work with staff, students, and key groups to co-design strategies that promote participation and amplify voices that are often overlooked.
You bring a strategic mindset, providing expert advice to senior leadership on key inclusion policies while guiding your team with enthusiasm and a focus on best practices.
