About the role
We are seeking an experienced Data & Insights Consultant or Analyst for our client in the Superannuation industry .
As a Data Consultant, you will be pivotal in the following:
Monitor and report on product regulatory and compliance requirements, especially APRA Reporting.
Support internal stakeholders by providing product performance and comparison insights.
Develop and manage DDO and Product Dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Conduct competitive analysis of product attributes, benchmarking against domestic and international market trends annually or as needed.
Align and consolidate product performance reporting for Business Performance Reviews, Internal dashboards, and Annual Report/Member Meeting obligations.
Manage relationships with third-party ratings agencies, complete research house surveys, and collaborate with teams to integrate insights into reusable data pipelines.
A Bit About You
We are looking for an individual who ideally possesses the following attributes and experiences:
Expertise in handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data from diverse internal and external sources (SQL).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights, identify trends, and deliver commercially focused recommendations to support business decisions.
Demonstrated experience in the financial services sector, ideally within superannuation or related industries.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical findings in non-technical terms and craft compelling narratives from data.
Ability to work within cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders effectively, and resolve conflicts when needed.
Most importantly someone self-motivated and driven, examples would be needed.
We're not looking for specific job titles, the client would be open to meeting you if you can demonstrate relevant experiences from a diverse background.
