As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your enthusiasm for creating unforgettable guest experiences will position you as a vital member of our leadership team, overseeing and assisting team members throughout their shifts. Your commitment to delivering top-notch customer service will be evident as you mentor and develop the team, while also providing insightful recommendations to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
A few of your responsibilities: Supervise the team on shift and assist with training, development and performance managementSet daily performance objectives for the team and supervise the service flow and performance standardsEnsure accurate cash handling procedures are followedAssist the Venue Manager to support achievement of financial and operational targetsEnsure an open line of communication at all times through daily shift briefings, and ensure a smooth transition and handover between shiftsMonitor the quality of food & beverages to service to ensure high standards are maintainedEnsure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace and coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and materialsWhat are we looking for: Supervisory experience within a similar busy hospitality environment including a thorough knowledge of food and beveragesExceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guestsHighly organised and eager, with a high attention to detailFlexible availability to meet the venue operating hoursCurrent QLD RSA Statement of AttainmentAbout you: As an expert within food & beverage, you understand the essence of leading a team to deliver a world-class service.
