ABC is currently seeking experienced practitioners for the New England, North West team, Tamworth office.

At ABC you will work alongside a dedicated team of disability professionals and have the support of fellow Behaviour Support Practitioners, Lead Practitioners, Senior Managers, Clinical Leads, and the Director of Behaviour Support.
In addition, all administrative processes will be provided by the experienced Operational team.
You could be the next Behaviour Support Practitioner to complement one of our local NSW teams.

If you are working in a related field such as Psychology, Speech Therapy, Social Work or Occupational Therapy, we can offer you a role that complements your experience and allows you to practice both Behaviour Support and your discipline together.
Reasonable 4 hour per day KPI at a base salary of $104,000
Achieve up to 6 hour per day KPI, for bonuses that equate to $144,000 salary
Complete home or office flexible work arrangements
Local offices in each established area
Weekly payroll and bonuses
Personal use of iPhone, Laptop, and printer with internal IT support
Pool cars for shared use
Internal and external supervision
Clinical case formulation, BSP Quality feedback scoring, and data graphing provided
Full admin support: intake; scheduling; agreements; report editing; RRP portal uploads and more
ABC wants you to join the team.
Could this be you?
Do you have excellent communication skills with an ability to maintain productive relationships?
Can you demonstrate knowledge of behaviour support strategies and how to overcome barriers for implementation?
Do you have knowledge of NDIS RRP processes, NDIS systems, and the disability sector?
You will need intermediate computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office products.
If time management is one of your personal attributes and you are an experienced and motivated behaviour support practitioner, we want to hear from you.
A relevant tertiary qualification in allied health, education, psychology, social work or similar.
A valid Driver's License.
Maintain behaviour support practitioner registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Proficient practitioner.
