OZ Design Furniture is one of Australia's leading lifestyle retailers providing high quality Furniture and Homewares for over 40 years.
We are an Australian-owned family business operating over 39 stores in Australia.
We are currently seeking a Full Time Warehouse Administration Manager to work in our state-of-the-art Warehouse and Distribution Centre, located in Wingfield, SA.
About the Role
The role requires communicating with customers and our stores to ensure orders are sent out in a timely manner and able to provide support to stores when required.
The successful applicant will be critical in the daily running of the distribution centre and motivating and driving a growing workforce.
They will be responsible for the overall running of the distribution centre and will lead a small team who operate the admin and warehouse departments of the business.
This role is essential to ensure all daily targets are met and requires the performance management of staff to create a motivated and high output team.
You will work closely with our retail stores, providing an excellent level of customer service.
Training will be provided upon systems specific to the role, however general computer skills are necessary.

The management of our entire warehouse and logistics operation including all staff, machinery and requirements that can be considered to fall under a distribution centre Ensuring the safety of all employees within the DC environment Through the use of all staff, ensuring all the processes of the warehouse/admin are met during the required time frame Ensuring the warehouse floor is empty and clean at the end of each day and all product has been processed correctly Utilizing staff to ensure the presentation and cleanliness of the DC and surrounding areas are kept to a high standard Liaising with our Stores, Customers and Customer Care teams daily to ensure all stocks and customer orders are fulfilled and delivered within appropriate timeframes Skills and Experience
