Position OverviewAs one of our Workshop Controllers, your day to day will have you allocating jobs to our technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and a high quality of work on our repairs.
You will work with the technicians to troubleshoot problems and provide guidance and solutions on a variety of different mechanical issues that arise on a daily basis.
You will drive superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is at the core of everything you do all while ensuring you have a high functioning team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience within the automotive industry, particularly senior technicians or supervisors.
