Thiess are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Training Administrator for a permanent employment opportunity at our Lake Vermont project, located 19kms North of Dysart in Central QLD.
Working an 8/6 roster, you will report to the project Health, Safety & Training Manager and work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results.
Your main responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support to the HS&T Manager, Training Coordinator, and Health & Safety AdvisorsManaging and raising department specific purchase ordersManaging and processing department specific invoicesManage compliance with the Coal Mine Workers Health SchemeData management of the client and Thiess Incident Management SystemsAssist the HS&T team in the compilation and preparation of monthly reporting requirementsPerform other duties as may be defined by the HS&T ManagerAbout You Previous experience as a Health Safety and Training Administrator within a resources, construction or similar industry would be considered advantageousHigh level of organisational and time management skillsHighly motivated and committed to meeting deadlines and delivering resultsAbility to work well in a high-volume busy work environmentProficiency in MS Office (specifically strong Excel skills)Strong attention to detailWhat Thiess Can Do for You 8/6 roster on offer to provide a balanced lifestyleIndividual flexibility arrangements on offer - (Live Locally or DIDO)Thiess's commitment to ongoing training & development as part of delivering a modern autonomous mineHealth & well-being rewards program through AIA VitalitySalary sacrifice optionsRange of corporate discounts including health insurance (Medibank), travel & retail products.How to Apply This role is an opportunity to take the next step in your career.
