Job Opportunity: Rigging Supervisor
Wood is currently recruiting for a Rigging Supervisor preferably with a background in the oil and gas (or mining) industry, to work at Gibson Island (Brisbane).
For immediate start and ongoing project work:

Monday to Thursday 12-hour days.

Requirements:

8 years minimum of Rigging experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Familiar and adept at erection and disassembling of scaffolding structures required to facilitate maintenance and modification activities (Minimum Qualification Level - Intermediate preferred).
Qualified in correct rigging necessary for the erection of:

Structural steel,
Prefabricated piping spools,
Temporary facilities,
Scaffolding,
Pipe fittings and valves.

Capable of leading a group of workers in the scaffold erection and dismantling activities.
Lift Planning capability.

Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
