Joining an established team, you will be at the forefront of innovation - automation/AI/Data Analytics.
As the Analyst or Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering Digital Service to internal and external stakeholders of the firm.
Your duties will include, among others:
Managing incoming digital service and support requests proactively; The use of low-code and no-code tools including automating legal documents, tasks and processes. Manipulating and analysing data using basic Excel functionalities, such as formulas, pivot tables, and data. Drafting documentation for solutions, including user guides, user stories, process guides, etc. Reporting and financial management. You will have: Prior experience - 6 months' + in a professional services background, preferably legal. Programming knowledge - Python, JavaScript/HTML. A real interest in technology - AI, automation, data analytics. An ability to communicate professionally and at all levels. Education - IT, Business Management/Commerce Finance or Law. Be self-motivated along with the ability to work autonomously and in a large team. Interested, engaged and keen to contribute with a high degree of professionalism.
