Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:
Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach
Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
Open to our unique and innovative way of programming and practice
Dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service
Motivation to build and maintain positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community.
Essential Criteria:
Valid NSW Working With Children Check
Strong Educator with significant experience in the Early Childhood industry
Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards, depending on course progress.
Potentially also willing to consider experienced Cert III candidates for Casual work/ if willing to sign up for your Diploma.

We have used our combined personal and professional experience in the sector to design a service which offers spaces for children, families and Educators to develop trusting relationships and foster a sense of community.
Rise Early Learning Abbotsford is a 48 place service situated within "Chatham House", a heritage listed federation house surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens, and the ideal location to encourage children's curiosity, imagination and exploration.
