ABOUT THE ROLE
As the 2IC Assistant Manager, you are responsible for attending to a variety of venue functions including opening / closing duties, gaming, managing live music event nights, through to overseeing the smooth flow of food & beverage operations.
Hands-on and with a natural aptitude for service delivery, you'll lead a dynamic team to deliver a personalised signature service for each of our guests and to the local community - CARE is at the forefront in everything we do.
ABOUT YOU ??

Minimum of 2 years management experience?in a live music venue, high volume bar / pub
Strong leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
Punctual, reliable, trustworthy, self-driven and a quick problem solver??
Available to work across a rotating roster including weekends and occasional late-night closes.
Full unrestricted Australian work rights
You have a current RSA and RCG??
