Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations Achieve sales growth and meet Furnishing department KPI targets Build your department team to deliver exceptional customer service Lead by example High volume stock management Launching catalogue campaigns (effective ticketing and set ups) Assist in recruitment and training and development functions High volume stocktake Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit When you join SPOTLIGHT, you will be joining the Spotlight Retail Group (SRG); a diverse growing business encompassing the Harris Scarfe, Spotlight, Anaconda and Mountain Design brands.
