Lead Technical Business Analyst

The roleWe are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Business Analyst to join our award-winning team.
Bringing a passion for what you do, you are a technical leader and a people manager.
You are responsible for driving 'what good looks like' when it comes to being a Technical BA at FrankieOne and are accountable for quality coming from the Tech BA Chapter.
You will manage our Tech BAs, supporting their personal development and career journeys.
You will also be hands-on in defining Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and stories within a product team.Your ticket to success:Inspire others.

You drive continuous improvement across the Tech BA Chapter, working with the team to proactively identify areas that can be improved.
You also work with other Chapters to improve Frankie as a whole.Lead the way.
As a senior you play a significant role in leading the BA discipline across Frankie, proactively supporting practice development.
You coach / mentor junior members of the team, peer-reviewing their work and supporting their development by sharing your knowledge and experience.Passion for the customer.
You relate to our customers, facilitating sessions to understand their issues.
Leading discovery, scoping and refinements sessions, you determine business requirements and then translate such into specifications for technical stories and features.Collaborate.
You work with internal delivery teams to prioritise work and engage engineers to ensure your assumptions are right and timelines are realistic.
At times, you collaborate across squads.Technical Lens.
You understand the technical aspects of new products and feature updates, challenging assumptions and ensuring scope is managed.
You also understand the technical impact features will have on customers and assist in change management activities.Be an advocate.
