Job Advertisement: Early Childhood Teacher Position Title: Early Childhood Teacher Classification: Kindergarten Teacher About Us: Join our dynamic team at HOBAN Recruitment within local City Council's Kindergarten Service and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll be an integral part of our dedicated team, committed to providing a high-quality Kindergarten program in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
Position Objective: Collaborate with fellow Educators to deliver an enriching Kindergarten program that meets individual and group needs, aligning with the National Quality Framework.

Create a warm, inclusive environment, fostering positive partnerships with families.
Support the participation of all children, including those with additional needs.
Work in partnership with families, encouraging their involvement in the kindergarten community.
Engage in professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
Assist in centre administration requirements and maintain hygiene standards.
Judgement and Decision Making: Monitor and evaluate the kindergarten environment for safety and well-being.
Support individual progress and development, providing information and support to parents.
Specialist Skills and Knowledge: Understanding of NQF, National Law, Regulations, and Quality Standards.
Management skills to prioritise, plan, and organise work efficiently.
Interpersonal skills to foster positive communication with team members and the community.
Qualifications and Experience: Graduate Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education.
Current VIT Card Knowledge of legislative requirements, developmental frameworks, and NQF.
Demonstrated ability to implement high-quality early years educational programs.
Working with Children's Check and current ACECQA approved First Aid, Current CPR, Mandatory Child Protection Certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management Certificates.
Recent Police check - within the last 6 months.
Current Driver's License (desirable).
Other Relevant Information: Employment subject to the right to work in Australia.
