Head of Training and Checking - ChartairAviation Services (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Full timeChartair is a proud member of the Aviation Logistics Group, one of Australia's largest General Aviation Groups. The Group as a whole operates a fleet of over 70 aircraft and Chartair specifically has established bases in Darwin, Katherine and Alice Springs. Throughout its growth, the Company has continued to maintain a dynamic and energetic approach to the industry and has an ambitious vision for the future.The RoleThe Head of Training and Checking oversees operational pilot training and checking and requires prior Flying Operations management experience and demonstrated expertise in conducting Training and Checking activities on at least one of the following aircraft types: C402, C208, C441 or PC12.Skills RequiredWe are passionate about the safety of our team members and customers, and so we are looking for a high calibre Head of Training and Checking with an exceptional skill set. The successful candidate will require a blend of technical ability, safety knowledge and leadership capabilities to promote a culture of high flight training standards and safety across the organisation.Chartair provides a competitive remuneration package tailored to the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
