ABOUT THE POSITIONAs Site Manager, you will collaborate with the Project Manager to lead the site team in the delivery of a commercial project valued around $18M.
You will commence during the ground stages of the project and will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the site right through to completion.
You will ensure that work is executed safely and according to the project timeline.
DUTIESManage site safety, WHS, trades, and subcontractorsImplement the construction programmingEnsure time restraints are adhered toConduct inductions and toolbox talksRead and interpret detailed site plansSchedule works and deliveriesSite set out and mark outSKILLS & EXPERIENCEPrevious experience as a Site Supervisor/Manager on apartmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lead and coordinate site personnelThorough understanding of WHS and site safetyCULTUREEmployees describe this company as collaborative, accommodating, and professional.
