Your Role Main Tasks/Responsibilities: Provide technical engineering support for the design and development of new systems for Atlas Copco Tooling solutionsTest, maintain, and modify existing equipment systems to meet operational specificationsAnalyse data and present findings in written reportsManage Operations execution of Industrial Technique equipment installation and commissioning engineering projectsWork collaboratively with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers, and other internal staffLiaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authoritiesProject managementProvide technical engineering advice and consultancy support for field services, assisting the regions in solving technical issues, including fast feedback resolutions on emerging technical engineering problems and feedback on technical evolutions and changes introduced from the product companyPurchase testing equipmentDevelop and write test procedures for Industrial Technique equipment installation and commissioningHelp promote all Industrial Technique products and servicesContinuously improve efficiency to achieve shorter field service response times and lower costsProvide technical support to Marketing, Sales, Administration (warranty claims), and Support of the Industrial Technique TeamSupport long-term training development by providing field service engineering experience to the Industrial Technique teams in several ways:Attend Product Company and Suppliers training coursesTravel as required to branches and customer sites for product technical engineering support and trainingMonitor expertise of engineering technicians in each branch for competence and adviseSupport the Technical Support Supervisor by reporting on technical support functions, including technical failure reportsUnderstand and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standardsTo succeed, you will need 1 to 2 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing industrial air equipment (Atlas Copco and other) or equivalentExperience in repairing tightening tools at customer sites and workshopsExperience in managing service contracts and turnaround timesA clear driving license and the ability to travel up-countryHigh level of customer service through excellent interpersonal skills and professionalismIn return, we offer you Generous Salary Package: Base annual salary, Superannuation, and uncapped commission potential.Tools of trade: Company Laptop and Mobile phoneVariety: We offer a dynamic working environment where no two days are the sameTraining and Support: Work for an organisation that provides ongoing training opportunities.Job Stability: Join a globally recognised organisation that offers long-term job security and a stable work environment, ensuring peace of mind and career growth.At Atlas Copco, we don't just talk about diversity and inclusion – we put it into action.
