Relieving Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Relieving Care Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full time basis.
This role will see you work across all of our Metropolitan and Regional residential aged care homes in a relieving capacity as and when required, to cover Annual/Personal leave as well as to offer additional assistance to site teams as required.
A little more about the role: Working collaboratively with the Senior Manager Clinical Services and the Residential Services Managers at our sites you will provide quality clinical care and services to all residents.
Working in consultation with residents and their families in the planning, delivery and evaluation of the clinical care provided.
Delivering professional standards of contemporary best practice nursing and care services at your allocated residential aged care home Ensuring effective and collaborative working arrangements with visiting medical practitioners and other allied health professionals The supervision of nursing staff and personal care assistants Essential Criteria: Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff to achieve organisational goals Previous supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff and residents Ability to logically prioritise varying work demands Strong organisational and time management skills You have an understanding of the ageing process and a commitment to caring for older people At least 3 years' experience as a registered nurse Registration with AHPRA Why Resthaven: Access to salary packaging to increase your take home pay Access to a professional development fund to continue your learning Opportunity for career progression in a large, multi service organisation Be part of a richly diverse and inclusive community where everyone's uniqueness is valued A fully maintained salary sacrifice vehicle available for private use EAP program and support for you and your family Onsite parking Applications Close 9am, Friday 31st January 2025 For enquiries please contact Kelli Witt, Recruitment Business Partner - ******
