Your Supports provide 1:1 individual supports in the community and at home, and Getaways provide group recreation and respite supports to our participants.
Both services operate across the South Eastern suburbs and are experiencing an exciting period of growth.The role will be for 30.4 hours/4 days per week, and operate from 9am - 5pm.We are looking for applicants whoHave strong administration skills, can prioritise tasks, have close attention to detail and efficient data entry skillsCustomer Service and client management experienceExperience with the Disability or Community Services sector, or other relevant experienceEnjoy working collaboratively in a team environmentHave knowledge of the NDIS or willingness to learnThe benefits for you?Salary PackagingBeing part of a supportive environmentEnjoying a rewarding careerDiscounted Health Insurance and access to our Employee Assistance ProgramHow to apply:If you meet the key selection criteria and are interested in the position, please click the 'APPLY' button to submit your cover letter and resume.Please address any additional questions to Amelia (Mia) Petzke (People and Culture Advisor)Minimum Requirements:Demonstrated 2+ years' experience working in an administrative role within a similar environment.Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service skills.Outstanding planning and organisational skills, including the ability to manage a range of tasks with conflicting priorities.High competence with the Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).Highly developed administrative skills with the ability to improve office processes.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with close attention to detail and accuracy.A high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to participate positively in a diverse team.Experience in disability, aged care, community or not-for-profit setting.Knowledge of the NDISPlease noteThe Bridge is committed to building a workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion.
Appointment to the position is subject to obtaining and maintaining a satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check and two satisfactory reference checks.
