Help us make a difference to improve their quality of life.We are open to discussions with Occupational Therapists with all levels of experience who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.Job DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist, you will empower and advocate for participants who have a physical disability, a psychosocial disability or mental health concerns.
While utilising a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed perspective, you will:Independently assess complex participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function.Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.Participate in training and receive formal 1:1 supervision.Engage in monthly peer group supervision with the Sydney team.Collaborate with the wider AAA Australia team of OTs, Physios, EPs, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and BSPs.As you support many, we support youWe offer:A clinical caseload that you are passionate about and fills your cup
