This will deliver one airport for the people of Western Australia which will host all flight services in a central location giving passengers a seamless, world-class travel experience.The Perth Airport estate is spread over 2100 hectares and has developed a $1.5 billion portfolio of existing industrial premises and significant vacant land holdings.We service a truly diverse community and play an important role in strengthening cultural, family and social bonds while supporting business, tourism and leisure travel.Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Support Partner.What you'll do:Coordinate and manage events, meetings, and travel arrangements.Handle financial tasks, including invoicing and purchase orders, and support emergency coordination.Maintain email distribution lists, create professional presentations, and manage office supplies.Oversee the Volunteer Ambassador Program, including recruitment, training, and rostering.Ensure continuous improvement of processes, promote safety and environmental consciousness, and provide support across various business areas.Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders, perform monthly accruals, and assist with credit card reconciliations.Manage the team's digital and physical archives and maintain the BST team page.About You:You have at least five years of experience in administration and support roles.Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent, with a keen eye for detail.You possess strong organizational abilities and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.Your interpersonal skills are highly developed, allowing you to work well with others.You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.You are adaptable and can handle change effectively.You can manage multiple demands and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.About Us:We offer a dynamic and supportive team culture, a contemporary workplace with great facilities and a modern approach to work/life integration.
