Who are we?
The Westport Club is an award-winning venue located in Port Macquarie and is seeking passionate & progressive individuals who are looking to build a career in an award-winning Registered Club and are looking for the opportunity to progress within our organisation.
All of our positions receive an above market wage, late night penalty rates every night of the week and the opportunity to undertake further education to progress through our established leadership pathways.
Our permanent part time roles also provide you with at least 4 weeks of annual leave each year to relax and recharge how you like.

Your role will see you create meaningful connections with one of the largest membership bases on the Mid North Coast and the thousands of visitors we welcome through our doors every year.
You'll go above and beyond at every opportunity as you welcome patrons into our venue, deliver barista made coffee, assist customers in their enquiries and create unforgettable moments with our team.
If your application is successful you may find yourself joining our team in Jimmy's Bar, Aqua Restaurant, Hastings Cafe, Reception or our market leading Gaming area.

To succeed in this role, you will need :
Valid NSW RSA and RCG Competency card or a willingness to obtain.
The desire to build a career in our club that could take you to being a Team Leader, Duty Manager or even a General Manager in years to come.
Flexibility to work across the Club's operating hours (7:30am to 3:30am) including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
A genuine passion for customer service & creating unforgettable moments.
