Lead Platform Architect

Architects (Information & Communication Technology) As the Lead Platform Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical expertise in designing and maintaining the architecture of our organization's Microsoft business applications platform (with special focus on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Experience apps).
You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, efficiency, and scalability of our banking technology infrastructure.
This position requires at least 10+ years of experience with Microsoft business applications, with deep understanding of the interactivity of all Microsoft services (IDAM, modern data services, Azure compute, 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 etc), modern technology trends and a proven track record in solution architecture, data migration, delivery management and end-to-end implementation of Microsoft projects/platforms.
Key responsibilities will include: Architecture Strategy and Planning: Develop and maintain a long-term architecture vision for the integration of Microsoft application platforms, aligned with the organization's business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the executive team and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and architectural designs.
Establish and communicate architectural guidelines, principles, and best practices to ensure consistent and standardized solutions.
Engagement and membership of relevant agile release trains (ARTs).
Technology Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, industry standards, and emerging innovations in the banking sector.
Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the organization's banking capabilities and user experience.
Security and Compliance: Ensure the architecture complies with relevant security standards, data protection regulations, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the security and compliance teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in the Microsoft Business Applications space, with a focus on implementation and architecture.
Proven experience as an enterprise and solution architect or a similar leadership role, overseeing complex architecture designs and implementations.
Strong understanding of Microsoft solution concepts, including identity and access management, end-user experience and data migration.
