Our team consists of over 800 dedicated and committed employees.About the Role:NHP Electrical Engineering is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic Sales team. Reporting to the Wholesale Sales Manager, your role responsibilities will include:Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking shelves identifying opportunities to increase revenue.Collaborating with the sales team to understand sales goals and plan merchandising activities accordingly.Addressing and resolving client issues directly related to NHP brand presentation in a timely and efficient manner utilising appropriate internal resources.Providing regular updates on Brand status within branches to sales team.Implementing promotional activities in line with the marketing team's and regional wholesaler lead's strategies.Building and maintaining strong relationships with store management and staff.Build and maintain data information on customers and competitors utilising CRM.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner to maximize sales and provide a fantastic experience to our customers.Ideally you will have / be:Previous experience in similar role – Product MerchandisingStrong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with a range of customersAn ability to 'listen to the customer' & translate needs into business solutionsFocused, passionate & willing to go above and beyondWhat's on offer:You will be part of a talented team, work in a supportive environment and enjoy the benefits that come with working at NHP including:An attractive salary package including a bonus structureCompany CarTools of the trade (laptop, mobile phone, company credit card)A great place to work – the word 'family' encompasses who we are and how we do businessA culture that encourages work/life fulfilmentOngoing learning & development to meet your professional development needsAccess to an Employee Assistance Program for you and your familyNovated Leasing – options for salary packaging your carDiscounts on corporate health insurance with BupaJob securityNHP is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion.
