ABOUT THIS ROLEIn this role you will:
Direct customers tipping onsite, maintain and encourage positive communicationIdentify and recycle materials wherever possibleCompact / roll waste using a Drott / tracked loaderLoad B-Doubles via transfer station tunnel using a Front End loader and ExcavatorGeneral housekeeping and paperworkYou will be working with a safe and reliable fleet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOperate a variety of plant machinery including:
Excavators, Front End Loaders, DrottSite labouring dutiesOversee waste disposal activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with environmental regulationsParticipate in regular site inspections to monitor conditions and address any potential riskContribute to the implementation of waste management and recycling programsEnsure company safety procedures and policies are adhered toCarry out Pre-starts & routine maintenance on machinery - report defects when identifiedComplete paperwork accurately and neatlyBe available to work overtime plus weekends/public holidaysABOUT YOUExperience and tickets for operating mobile plant equipment preferred (FEL, Excavator, Drott).
We would consider providing training and tickets for the right candidate who demonstrates a willingness to learn.
MC Licence preferred but not essential.
Great customer service skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in waste operations or transfer station operations – highly regarded.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proven safety record and adherence to safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
