Description and Requirements
Our Outside School Hours Care services are looking for a passionate Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 29 hours per week (guaranteed minimum) to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
You will work across split shifts to support our two services operating hours.
Your shifts will be as follows:
Before school care at Scarsdale Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 9:00am, with 1 hour of admin per week.
After school care at Ross Creek 3:00pm – 6:00pm, with 3 hours admin per week.
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.
You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

Who are we looking for?

Enjoy working with kids.
Strong and clear communication.
Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it)
and a state check for working with children.
Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA.
