John Fawkner Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to join our team in our Oncology Ward.
You will play a key role within a supportive team to ensure our patients have a great experience whilst we care for them.
As a Nurse Unit Manager your responsibilities will include: The position is responsible for providing clinical leadership to the Oncology ward to complement the strategic direction, operational processes, and quality management of all patients.You will provide clinical operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based.As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human, financial, and material resources.About us John Fawkner Private Hospital is a fully accredited 186-bed acute care facility providing a comprehensive range of surgical, medical, cancer, and critical care services.

Minimum Requirements: Current Registration with AHPRAWorking with Children checkPrevious experience at NUM level or equivalent (min.
